Pick Number 254

Whats the deal with the final pick in the NFL draft being called Mr. Irrelevant? All I really know is that they have a party for the last pick of the draft and not one for the first pick...  It started in 1976 and ever since then the very last pick every year has been named Mr. Irrelevant.  Is that fair to the guy who gets drafted last?
This year Cheta Ozougwu is Mr. Irrelevant.  From my understanding he is a hard working DE from Rice University.  Will he hake the Texans?  Most likely not but still he will have the title of that for the rest of his life.  I am sure no one wants that title bestowed on them no matter what.

Rights to Privacy 2

Internet and Technology has affected the way privacy has evolved.  There are different ways to understand the way that privacy has been evolved.  However there are ways that technology has changed that still wont protect our privacy.  Every day more and more people are loosing their privacy because of hackers and problems with network.
A week ago the playstation network went down.  As of yesterday they admitted that people's privacy has been hacked and stolen.  http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2011/04/26/sony-playstation-network-down-ps3_n_853695.html  lists what has happened.  With all this happening it is clear that our privacy is not safe.

Rights to Privacy

I feel like it is important for individuals to have rights of privacy.  Without it there would be no way to keep anything we want safe.  With our own right of privacy we are able to block things we want to be kept a secret.  Privacy is used to keep things secret from public knowable.
With all that we use it is helpful to keep things private.  Without our privacy where would we be?  To me we would be nowhere but back in the stone ages.  Privacy is main to everyone and should continue to be accepted and promised to all.

    Change

What would I change about copyright law if I could.  Well first I would let people have one free download of a movie or music or anything like that.  Then I would start to charge a feel to download something like Apple.  Only difference is that everything would be .99 cents.  Then monitor who downloads what.
With that being said I know it will be hard to track what is downloaded and by who.  There could be a small tag added to each clip downloaded so it can be tracked.  The tag could be tracked to see if it is on multi platforms or what.  With that you can see how it is used.

    Copyright.

Yes, I have been tempted to break copyright protection. Who hasn't? Nowadays, it seems very easy to do and it seems like you won't ever get caught.  With it being so easy to download a program to rip software or download a movie via internet has never been easier.  Here are ways to do that.
Take illegally downloaded music, for example. File sharing sights like Frostwire make file sharing quick and easy to do. We all know that it's illegal and that it breaks copyright protection, but a lot of people do it anyway.  Then we have a site like Pirate Bay that lets you get software, movies, games, and music just like that.  It is just very simplay to do something like this and we have people who do it all the time.

    3G

Is 3G really the important to all people who have smart phones?  To me 3G is important.  If people with AT&T have smart phones then they realize the 3G is important to them.  It took AT&T about three or four times longer to receive it in Murray.  For reasons unknown there was a huge wait for it in Murray.
3G is "The Fastest" mobile internet.  Well for AT&T it is the fastest however they are going through a buyout with T Mobile.  Verizon has had 3G in Murray for the past year.  Now with 4G just around the corner for smart phones we will see what will happen next.  Will it take Murray another 2-3 years??

    Topic 2

How do I stop plagiarism in my work?  Well for starters I always check to make sure the work I use is credited and that there is documented works with it.  Second I always site my work not matter how long the information I use from the article is.  It is proper to site your work or you can be charged with plagiarism which we all know is very very bad.
Problems that I could have if I don't site my work.  Well fro starters I could be kicked out of school.  Second of all I could go to jail and we all know you don't want to drop the soap for Bubba!! So in kind words don't plagiarize.

    Red

    http://www.google.com/cse/home?cx=017960193038947448634:hp6eoilioaq&hl=en
My topic is the Cincinnati Reds.  The reason I chose the Reds was because they are my favorite baseball team.  They also have one of the most young known talent.  The sites I used were twitter, yahoo, espn, cbssports, cincinnati.com, mlb.com, sportsillistrated.com, redreporter.com, and baseball-almanac.com.
The reason that I chose those sites are mainly because they each contain information on the Cincinnati Reds.  They give stats, stats, bios, and other important information about my topic.  With each site you can choose what to look at.  For example twitter is used to follow the team or even players.

    Google

Honestly the only Google product I actually use is Google search.  At times I might use Google docs to help my father with something or to check upcoming fraternity events.  Other then that I really don't use any other products on my computer.  Now i do have the Google app on my phone but I honestly don't use it much.  For reasons I honestly don't know.
Now when it come to me why I don't use more then the app I have and the Google search is because those are really the only two things I actually like.  I honestly have no main reason on why I don't use anything else.  I guess the only main reason I don't use anything else is because I like just being simple and not using anything else really.

    Wikipedia

I honestly don't feel safe about people being able to change information on Wikipedia.  To mean someone can create their own spot and write whatever they want about them self.  Now when it is important information and they don't have the updated parts available to see then I think it would be okay to change something.  Now when you want to just be stupid and change things then it should not be allowed.  there is no reason for someone to make up something and change anything they want.
Honestly I would not change anything on Wikipedia.  I believe that there is no reason for a random person like me to change it.  I actually have no reason to want to change any information.  Now if I find out something is fake and wrong I am willing to find out the right information and change it but that would be the only reason.
